ABOUT ROBIN beers, phd
I believe business is human.
After my academic training as an Organizational Psychologist, I spent 20+ years building and leading global, corporate teams. Both experiences gave me a deep understanding of human behavior and the power of humanity-centric solutions to create sustainable value.
Ubuntu, an indigenous South African word from the Nguni culture, translates to “I am because you are,” or “humanness,” and elegantly captures the heart of my ethos: relationships and interconnection are critical for companies to thrive now and in the future.
“Robin is among the most visionary professionals I've ever worked with. She convinced literally every senior executive at Wells Fargo that customer experience should be at the center of every interaction.
Robin is persuasive and brings people with diverse viewpoints together to agree on a vision that’s profitable, equitable (in all senses of the word), and achievable.”
